Nothing says FALL like the sweet cinnamon flavour of a Pumpkin Spice Latte.  Next time your hosting a gathering or fall brunch, this easy non-fail recipe will give you all the flavour you LOVE about PSL without breaking the bank for take-out.    PLUS, your home will smell AH-MAZING!

 

Directions:

Add canned pumpkin and slowly whisk in coffee and almond milk.  Then add cinnamon, salt, ground pepper, pumpkin pie spice and sugar (you can make your PSL as sweet as you like and adjust the sugar accordingly) You can also substitute sugar with Maple Syrup.

 

Ingredients:

½ cup 100% canned pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

½ cup of sugar (substitute sugar with Maple Syrup)

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

8 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk*

4 LARGE cups brewed coffee

 

COOK on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours, ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream and sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
